Every time a patron asks you a question, record the statistics on LibAnswers. It should already be bookmarked at the task bar at the bottom of the screen.
Question format ==> Time Spent ==> Patron Type ==> Referred to/Called ==> Technology Help ==> Submit & Clear
Leave everything else as default. If any of the fields above do not apply, simply leave them blank.
