*Unlike other equipment, USB Drives can be loaned out for a 24 hours
Often times, we will run out of a specific piece of equipment. If that is the case, you can see what equipment other libraries currently have. Real-time availability these equipment can be accessed through the library home page Equipment for Loan Availability.
Late/Replacement Fees
Similar to print materials, equipment that is not returned on time is charged at different rates per hour/day, depending on the type of item. There is a max amount that can be charged to a person’s account, in which the fine is billed to the student’s account and must be paid online, not at the circulation desk.
Item Late Fee Replacement Fee (aka Considered ‘Lost’)
Laptops $5/hr; max $350 $1900 (After item is returned, $500 will
remain as a ‘Lost EQP Processing Fee’)*
Headphones $5/hr; max $100 $350
Accessories $1/hr; max $50 $100
*Patrons arguing over a fine should be directed to Alla
